If you feel that the energy in your house needs to be cleansed, or if you are selling your house and want to release all the energy attached to it so that the sell happens in best ayni, then a house cleansing can be performed.

The Q’ero people are a nation of myth, those who survived the Spanish Conquistadors by fleeing higher up into the Andes of Peru when the Inca Empire fell. There they held onto their wisdom and traditions and lived in isolation from the modern world for nearly 500 years. They were first “rediscovered” by Oscar Nunez Del Prado in 1955 when he successfully found their villages in the snowcapped mountains.
For the last 8 years I have lived and practiced the medicine of the Q’ero Inca shamanic tradition through my teacher, Victor Forselius, who has walked with the Qero for over 15 years and who continues to hold, nurture and authentically teach their tradition and medicine in Sweden.
Under Victor I have journeyed through the Medicine Wheel, completed several year’s worth of masterclasses which taught me deeper knowledge of the Qero medicine, and attended and assisted on numerous stand alone courses such as Nustas, Munay ki, Chumpi Stones and Pleiades.
It was after learning to perform the Hatun Karpay – 3 very special initiations in this tradition, that I allowed myself to be called a Paqo- a medicine man of this tradition. At this point I stepped into being a “modern day shaman”!
I hold the wisdom and teachings of this tradition as authentically as it has been taught to me. But my understanding of shamanism is my own medicine sourced directly from my own healing journey.
Shamanism, to me, is about remembering who you truly are on the inside. It holds you so that you can release your past with love and gratitude, and dares you to embrace all parts of yourself, (especially the bits you've avoided most of your life). This energy medicine allows you to see all your incredible gifts within you that are just waiting to ignite and flourish. It then gives you the choice.. “carry on exactly as before, or dare to claim your new life!?”
When I give a healing, I hold space for the client to receive whatever it is they need. In every healing there comes a point when the client sees a new path in front of them, and from a new place deep within their shining soul, they claim it for themselves without hesitation.
My story starts like many others who embark on a journey of self discovery- I used to be in pain.

Through emotional hardship since childhood and an unrelenting need to be an overachiever, the facade of my life as a rocket scientist eventually came crashing down.
By my early thirties, I was alive but I was totally dead on the inside.. so numb and emotionless in fact, that I had well and truly stopped living.
That’s when I stumbled into shamanism.
I wasn’t particularly religious or spiritual, but its clear the universe knew better and nudged me onto this new path. My first conscious step into “finding myself” (whatever that was supposed to mean), was by attending a course called "Munay Ki" hosted by Victor Forselius, in a dreadful hippy place deep in the countryside of Sweden.
I was uncomfortable, skeptical, embarrassed, felt stupid, but also had a weird feeling called "hope". As the course started we “opened space” and that’s when I got hit by magic I didn’t know existed.
That day, my healing journey started for real and 8 years later still I haven’t looked back. Today, I love life (and myself) and realise that through my own journey of self healing, my medicine to share with this world is to empower others to reawaken the fire in their hearts!
